Other qualifications for our Customer Service Agent (Remote) role include:<br />• The ability to speak/write fluently in French and English<br />• A high school diploma or GED<br />• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking<br />• Eagerness to learn new technologies<br />• Submit to and pass a criminal background check<br />• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge<br />• Minimum typing speed of 25wpm<br />• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home<br />• PC/Laptop with at least Windows 11 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible), 16 GB RAM, intel CORE i5 processor or higher, 250 GB SSD<br />• High Speed internet with Ethernet cable (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) Upload 100 mbsp and 30 mbsp Downloads speeds<br />• Preference to 2 monitors or 1 large screen<br />• Noise cancelling USB -connected Headset<br />• Webcam<br />• Smartphone</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.<br />• Support email inquiries and chatrooms.<br />• Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.<br />• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.<br />• Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.<br />• The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You don’t need to be a tech genius. You do need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in a fully digital environment.<br />• Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets.<br><br></p></p></p>
