If you’re an experienced recruiter looking for more autonomy, solid commissions, and a team that values quality over volume, we’d love to connect.</p><hr /><strong>The Role</strong><p>This is a commission-only position, ideal for recruiters or independent consultants who want:</p><ul><li><p>Full control over their schedule</p></li><li><p>Commission of up to 30% depending on volume</p></li><li><p>No micromanagement</p></li><li><p>A supportive brand and tools to help you close</p></li><li><p>Collaboration without internal politics</p></li></ul><p>You’ll have the freedom to focus on the industries and roles you’re confident in: legal, admin, tech, or others. Bilingual recruiters are especially welcome, as we support many clients in Quebec and across Canada.</p><p><strong>Please note: candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada full-time.</strong></p><hr /><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong><ul><li><p>Managing full-cycle recruitment mandates ( Sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate relationships and more)</p></li><li><p>Working on assigned roles or developing your own client relationships </p></li><li><p>Collaborating with the ICA team to share resources and insights</p></li><li><p>Working at your own pace, with support when you need it</p></li></ul><hr /><strong>Who You Are</strong><ul><li><p>At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or internal)</p></li><li><p>Based in Canada and legally authorized to work</p></li><li><p>Independent, accountable, and comfortable working solo</p></li><li><p>Skilled in both client and candidate management</p></li><li><p>Strong communicator with a sense of ownership</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re building a long-term practice</p></li><li><p>Bilingual (French/English)?
