If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description:Job SummaryThe Revenue Recovery Package Handler supports UPS revenue protection by accurately handling, scanning, measuring, and verifying packages to ensure correct billing and compliance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in identifying discrepancies in package data (weight, dimensions, service level) to prevent revenue loss while maintaining safe and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners).Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data.Ensure packages are processed in compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail to support revenue integrity.Safely lift, move, push, and position packages following UPS safety methods and ergonomics guidelines.Communicate effectively with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors regarding exceptions or system issues.Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets.Report damaged packages, irregulars, or system issues promptly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and security procedures.Required QualificationsAbility to stand, bend, lift, and carry packages up to 70 lbs. weight limits.Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning and dimensioning equipment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.Preferred QualificationsPrevious package handling or warehouse experience.Familiarity with revenue recovery processes or audit-based work.Understanding of UPS systems, scanning compliance, or billing accuracy.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Valid scan percentageAccuracy of weight and dimension capturesRevenue recovery compliance rateProductivity and throughputSafety and attendance recordsWork EnvironmentWarehouse / hub environmentExposure to moving equipment and conveyor systemsShift-based work, including early mornings, evenings, or peak periodsUPS is a diverse and equal opportunity employer.  Accommodations are available, on request, for candidates with disabilities taking part in the recruitment process.  If you are selected to participate in the recruitment process, please advise if you require accommodation for a disability.
