Description:
- Informatica IDMC ETL Development: Build ETL processes including mappings, workflows, sessions, reusable components. Apply parameterization, environment configs, scheduling, failure handling, and restartability in IDMC.
- AWS/Redshift Ingestion & Transform: design S3 landing/staging areas for data integration. Implement UPSERT/MERGE logic for dimension/fact loads. Configure CloudWatch dashboards/alerts.
- Data architecture: end-to-end data flow diagrams; data masking/PHI handling; row/column-level security design for Cognos & Redshift.
- Data modeling: conceptual/logical/physical models (star/snowflake), Redshift dist/sort keys.
- Data mapping: field-level mappings with business rules, transformations, lineage, data quality validations, and exception handling.
- Any other deliverables as assigned by the Project/Resource Manager.
- Knowledge transfer to HSC staff in the form of a detailed guide or as per project requirements.

Public Sector Experience:
- Experience working in the Public Sector and familiarity with I&IT project management processes
IDMC/Cloud Data Integration / Redshift:
- Build Informatica IDMC ETL processes including mappings, workflows, sessions, reusable components. Apply parameterization, environment configs, scheduling and failure handling.
- Configuring, tuning and monitoring techniques for Amazon Redshift and Redshift ingestion.
- Familiar with AWS services (S3, Athena, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, CloudWatch etc).
Core skills, database and domain knowledge:
- Relational database design and optimization experience.
- Security controls to safeguard sensitive data (PI and PHI).
- Query tunning.
- Dimensional data modelling for data warehousing.
- Advanced SQL and PLSQL (or equivalent).
- Extract/Transform/Load data.
General Skills:
- Proven troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with client stakeholders to understand, interpret business requirements and its technical implications.
- Demonstrated ability to present technical solutions to client stakeholders, technical staff and to senior management.
- A motivated, flexible, detail-oriented and creative team player with perseverance, excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities, and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines.
