We’re seeking a driven, competitive, and process-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong HVAC knowledge to support our rapidly growing HVAC and Building Automation sales team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the President and our outbound sales group to identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects—fueling growth across the Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and Multi-Family sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and prioritize strategic prospects across multiple verticals
- Conduct outbound outreach (email and phone) to schedule qualified sales meetings
- Manage pipelines, workflows, and follow-up activities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the outbound sales team to develop opportunities and support the closing process
Qualifications
- Must have foundational knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Interest in energy efficiency, HVAC systems, or Building Automation
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000
Commission: Uncapped
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000+
