Responsibilities



  • Finding and engaging potential customers through lead generation, networking, and outreach

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

  • Communicating effectively to understand client needs

  • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing

  • Presenting product solutions and recommending suitable options

  • Preparing proposals and negotiating terms

  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

  • This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can represent Diba Windows with confidence and integrity.


Qualifications



  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to exceed targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience in windows, doors, construction, or related fields is an asset

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team

  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree required


Compensation


This is a commission-based / percentage-based sales position offering unlimited earning potential for high performers with strong closing skills and industry knowledge.


The first three months will be considered a probation period and will be commission-based only. Upon successful completion of the probation period, and based on performance and overall contribution, the parties may negotiate the addition of a base salary, in addition to commission.
