<h3>Position Summary</h3>
<p>As a <b>Senior AI Architect</b>, you will play a critical role in shaping our AI‑driven offerings in Canada. You will define and deliver AI architectures that solve complex business challenges, promote our innovative solutions to customers and partners, and represent our brand as a thought leader within the tech ecosystem.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Design and deliver AI solutions</b> that drive business value across industries (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI, computer vision, NLP, automation).</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to <b>understand business needs</b>, translate them into AI use cases, and lead the solutioning process.</li>
<li><b>Define AI architecture frameworks</b>, standards, and best practices for projects across the Canadian business unit.</li>
<li>Support <b>sales and pre‑sales</b> activities by articulating the value of AI solutions to business and technical stakeholders.</li>
<li><b>Promote and evangelize our AI capabilities</b> in the local market through events, meetups, conferences, publications, and networking forums.</li>
<li>Actively <b>build relationships with local AI, tech, and business communities</b> to enhance our presence and reputation in Montreal.</li>
<li><b>Mentor internal teams</b> and contribute to capability building in AI/ML across our organization.</li>
<li><b>Collaborate</b> with worldwide teams to deliver business‑driven solutions.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in technology solutions, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solution architecture and delivery.</li>
<li><b>Strong track record</b> of designing and delivering AI systems that have achieved measurable business impact.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn), cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices.</li>
<li>Experience with AI solution governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI design is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage business executives and technical teams alike.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience as a speaker, author, or thought leader in the AI space is a strong asset.</li>
<li>Strong network or active participation in the AI/tech ecosystem (local AI meetups, conferences, community) is preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD is a plus).</li>
<li>Advanced understanding of aeronautical and manufacturing operations is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Languages</h3>
<ul>
<li>Fluent in English & French (Spanish is a plus).</li>
</ul>
