Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis for complex, IT?enabled initiatives in a large, enterprise environment. This role owns the full business analysis lifecycle, partnering closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high?value solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Document current and future state processes, gaps, and solution options
• Support solution design, integrations, testing, and change activities
• Contribute to procurement (RFPs), vendor evaluation, and delivery planning
• Mentor other Business Analysts and promote best practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive business analysis experience
• Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with enterprise or COTS implementations and complex integrations
• Comfortable operating in fast?paced, multi?project environments
• PMP, Change Management, or Business Analysis certifications are assets
