Senior Designer, Contract - Motion

Job Description

<p><p>As a contract Motion Designer you have versatile creative skills and are excited to put them to the test executing world‑class creative. From conceptualization to execution and delivery, you’ll be a trusted consultant throughout the creative process bringing the ideas and vision of our creatives to life.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms across various lines of business</li>
<li>Be capable of taking and implementing feedback</li>
<li>Produce versions of content that demonstrate awareness of the content’s intended end use and resolve potential problems ahead of time</li>
<li>Collaborate and build relationships within the Wander team, as well as across other agency disciplines and offices</li>
<li>Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in motion design</li>
<li>A strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos</li>
<li>Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma</li>
<li>Experience in Cinema 4D and other industry‑standard motion & video software is favourable</li>
<li>Problem solving capabilities and an openness to learning the newest tools</li>
<li>An eagerness to collaborate with other creative people</li>
<li>Excellent communications skills</li>
</ul>
