<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Senior IT Project Manager – Municipal Investment Transformation Project</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Regina, SK (Onsite, Full-Time)</p><p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $80 – $100 per hour</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> November 10th, 2025</p><p><strong>Contract Duration: </strong>4 years</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking experienced <strong>IT Project Managers</strong> to lead a major multi-year transformation initiative. This large-scale project will modernize IT infrastructure, replace high-risk applications and databases, strengthen data management, and introduce new cross-ministerial data-sharing processes to enhance collaboration and service delivery.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will manage this critical program in collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing complex organizational change.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and secure approval for detailed project plans in alignment with PMI standards.</li><li>Deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and meeting quality specifications.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.</li><li>Coordinate interconnections with related projects where necessary.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive updates.</li><li>Partner with third-party vendors and internal teams to integrate delivery efforts.</li><li>Prepare and manage project change requests, including impacts on scope, time, and cost.</li><li>Provide clear and timely communication on risks, issues, and progress to leadership.</li><li>Ensure compliance with technical and organizational standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record in managing large-scale IT or business transformation projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>PMI methodologies, standards, and best practices</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including executives.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Details:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Type:</strong> On-site, full-time position (Regina, SK).</li><li><strong>Duration:</strong> November 2025 – December 2029.</li><li><strong>Compensation:</strong> $80 – $100 per hour, based on experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p>Interested candidates can <strong>apply directly through Indeed</strong> or send their resume to <strong>harpreet@stafingo.com</strong> for immediate consideration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Willingness to travel:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>100% (preferred)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Location:</strong> In person</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
