<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong>Senior Cybersecurity Manager</strong><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Position Overview:<br /></strong>Our client, a forward-thinking leader in their field, is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity to drive and elevate their enterprise and industrial control system (ICS) security posture. Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology Services & Cybersecurity, you will lead a talented team, design and execute cybersecurity programs aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ensure security strategies support both business objectives and risk appetite. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll combine hands-on expertise with strategic vision to protect mission-critical systems, mitigate threats, and enable secure innovation.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and inspire the cybersecurity team to safeguard enterprise IT and ICS environments.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program aligned with NIST CSF.</li><li>Oversee enterprise risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks.</li><li>Drive incident response readiness, execution, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Implement cybersecurity policies, governance frameworks, and secure software development practices.</li><li>Collaborate with technology, legal, compliance, and business units to embed security into operations.</li><li>Conduct third-party risk assessments and ensure vendor compliance with security standards.</li><li>Deliver clear reporting, dashboards, and metrics to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive strategies.</li><li>Support cloud security governance and adoption of modern security tools and vendors (e.g., SIEM, EDR, IAM).<strong> </strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or related field.</li><li>7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.</li><li>Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework implementation and management.</li><li>Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) security.</li><li>Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH.</li><li>Broad knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, ServiceNow), and data protection.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.<strong> </strong></li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical leadership with the ability to convert business strategy into security solutions.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to visualize underlying risks.</li><li>Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent organization and resource management skills.<strong> </strong></li></ul><p><strong>Rewards:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to lead cybersecurity strategy for a national, high-impact organization.</li><li>Collaborative, innovative, and forward-focused work environment.<strong> </strong></li></ul><p><strong>To Apply</strong><br />Apply via the platform where you discovered this role.</p></p></p></p>
