As the senior marketing manager you will lead the development and tactical deployment of yourtowns marketing and e-commerce strategies to ensure optimal engagement and revenue generation across all channels and brands.</p><p><b>your role will include :</b></p><ul><li>The development and implementation of digital marketing strategies</li><li>Campaign leadership</li><li>Performance analysis and reporting</li><li>Leading content creation and management</li><li>Budget management</li><li>Leading and developing a collaborative high performing team</li></ul><p><b>your responsibilities</b></p><p>Responsibilities aligned to the opportunity and role include delivering digital marketing strategies, leading campaigns, analyzing performance, managing content and budgets, and building a high performing team.</p><h3>you will bring</h3><ul><li>A proven track record of developing and executing successful (increasing sales and brand awareness) digital marketing campaigns</li><li>Bachelors degree in marketing or related discipline and a minimum of six (6) years experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong operational and strategic leadership experience, including a proven track record of building engaging and motivating a high performing team</li><li>Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)</li><li>Subject matter expert knowledge in lifecycle marketing and CRM with the ability to conceptualise and map key customer trigger points</li><li>Proven experience working in Loyalty or Rewards program</li></ul><h3>your benefits</h3><ul><li>When you join yourtown you will be welcomed into a safe, inclusive and diverse community and an established and reputable national organisation.
