<hr><br><p><b>The Role</b><br></p><p>As <b>Senior Property Manager</b>, you will take ownership of a portfolio of newly registered flag ship condominium properties, managing day-to-day operations in alignment with the Condominium Act and corporate standards. This leadership role focuses on operational performance, client relations, and staff development while ensuring properties are well-maintained, fiscally sound, and compliant.<br></p>
<hr><br><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></p><ul><li>Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance, audits, and compliance<br></li><li>Oversee vendor management, service contracts, and performance reviews<br></li><li>Enforce condominium by-laws and declarations across assigned sites<br></li><li>Prepare and review annual budgets, reserve fund plans, and financial reports<br></li><li>Conduct weekly site visits and follow up on repairs, deficiencies, and insurance claims<br></li><li>Coordinate and attend board meetings, AGMs, and special meetings<br></li><li>Support emergency planning and ensure health and safety compliance<br></li><li>Lead and develop on-site teams, including hiring, training, and scheduling<br></li><li>Assist in onboarding new team members and supporting internal training initiatives<br></li></ul>
<hr><br><p><b>Qualifications</b><br></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience in residential condominium property management<br></li><li>CMRAO General License (required)<br></li><li>RCM designation (preferred)<br></li><li>Experience managing multiple sites and leading teams<br></li><li>Excellent communication and client service skills<br></li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems<br></li><li>Organized, self-directed, and calm under pressure<br></li></ul>
