Our team of experienced instructors is committed to delivering exceptional instruction and ensuring a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified swim instructors to join our team in Kanata. As a senior swim instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching swimming techniques, promoting water safety, and fostering a love for swimming among our students.</p><p><br><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct private and semi-private swimming lessons for children and adults of various skill levels, following our established curriculum and lesson plans.</li><li>Provide personalized instruction and guidance to each student, ensuring their safety and progress in the water.</li><li>Assess students&#39; swimming abilities and make necessary adjustments to instruction to meet individual needs.</li><li>Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety skills.</li><li>Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence and enjoy swimming.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of students&#39; progress and attendance.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Valid SFA and CPR-C, and NL required.</li><li>Previous experience as a swim instructor is required.</li><li>Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.</p><p>Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our students as a dedicated swim instructor.
