This hybrid role blends remote troubleshooting, onsite client visits, and project deployments in modern cloud and on-prem environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Have you worked in MSP before? A team that works very well together has fun and is highly valued by their leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p><p><strong>Remote Support (Work-from-Home Days)</strong></p><ul><li>Tackle escalated tickets from the helpdesk team</li><li>Troubleshoot user, workstation, and software issues</li><li>Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra, Intune, and related tools</li><li>Work with PSA and RMM tools in the N-able/Datto ecosystem</li><li>Prep for field deployments and document issue resolutions</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team on tougher problems</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Field Support (Client Sites - Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, Chilliwack, Mission, Maple Ridge)</strong></p><ul><li>Perform hands-on troubleshooting and tech support</li><li>Install, replace, or configure:</li><li>Workstations and desktops</li><li>Network devices (firewalls, switches, access points)</li><li>Servers and infrastructure hardware</li><li>Act as the primary technical point of contact onsite</li><li>Run basic assessments, health checks, and post-deployment validation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Project Deployments</strong></p><p>You'll gain exposure to or lead:</p><ul><li>PC refreshes and workstation rollouts</li><li>Microsoft 365 and cloud integrations</li><li>Azure AD/Entra + Intune deployments</li><li>SharePoint and Teams configurations</li><li>Firewall installs and small network builds (VLANs, switching, Wi-Fi)</li><li>VMware/vSphere deployments and updates</li><li>Server installs and migrations</li><li>Data protection using Datto and Veeam</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>2-5 years of experience supporting SMB or MSP environments</li><li>Solid foundation in Windows desktop and server systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>Microsoft 365 + Azure + Cloud Administration</li><li>Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, firewalls)</li><li>RMM/PSA tools (N-able, Datto, ConnectWise, etc.</li><li>Backup/DR platforms</li><li>Firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar)</li><li>Strong communicator, confident with clients</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle</li><li>Based in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley (required)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus Points for: </strong></p><ul><li>VMware/vSphere</li><li>Server Install, configs, and small migrations</li><li>Deeper Network knowledge in things like DNS, DHCP, VLANS, APs</li><li>Datto or Veeam</li><li>ConnectWise</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Growth & Development</strong></p><p>You'll be supported with:</p><ul><li>Certification reimbursement (Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, CompTIA)</li><li>Dedicated time for learning and labs</li><li>Mentorship from experienced engineers</li><li>A clear path to Tier 3, cloud, project, or security roles</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Perks & Benefits</p><ul><li>$65-75K salary (based on experience)</li><li>Extended health, dental, and vision</li><li>Paid vacation and personal time</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Flexible hybrid work setup</li><li>Business-casual, team-oriented culture</li><li>Regular team events and peer collaboration</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you're looking for variety, mentorship, and the chance to grow into more advanced roles, this is your next step.
