Our passion for the Volvo brand, our dedicated team, and our unwavering commitment to excellence are the cornerstones of our reputation.<br />If you aspire to be part of a distinguished team that values its people and constantly strives for success, we invite you to apply!<br />Primary Responsibilities:<br />* Work closely with the parts manager to ensure the dealership's operations run smoothly and efficiently.<br />* Provide comprehensive support to customers and technicians, including locating necessary parts, providing pricing, and managing online orders.<br />* Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving for parts orders at Volvo Cars Oakville; <br /> unload, receive, and store incoming parts and wholesale items.<br />* Locate and dispatch parts and other materials to customers and other wholesale accounts.<br />* Offer parts support to the service technicians as required.<br />* Organize inventory stock items, ensuring inventory and bins are adjusted accordingly.
