Position: Service Delivery Manager (Energy & Building Automation)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid / Onsite as required)
Structure: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation:$90K-$100K
We have a great new opportunity to support one of our energy and building automation clients in Toronto on a permanent basis!
CorGTA has partnered with a leading organization in the energy and building automation space in search of a Service Delivery Manager. This role will support a portfolio of commercial buildings and act as the main client contact for onboarding, troubleshooting, and service excellence.
Responsibilities & Profile:Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial building clients
Lead onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery
Ensure a high standard of service excellence and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal technical teams on building systems and energy platforms
Bring strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Top 3 Skills:
Strong client-facing / service delivery experience
Knowledge of building automation / HVAC / energy systems
Professional communication & problem-solving under pressure
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
Exposure to HVAC / energy optimization platforms
Experience working in SaaS / proptech / smart building environmentsYears of Experience Needed:
Ideally 3+ years in building automation / HVAC / energy + client-facing roles
