We are seeking multiple ServiceNow Developers to assist our client in the consulting services sector with future projects.<strong> <br /><br />This will be a 9-12 months contract with possible extension</strong></p><p ><strong>Fully remote within India</strong></p><p ><strong>Working hours : 11:30am – 8pm (IST)</strong></p><p ><strong><br /></strong>You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow applications.<br /></p><p >Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.</p></li><li><p>Design, develop, and configure new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests on the ServiceNow platform.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the development and customization of ServiceNow applications align with industry best practices and adhere to coding standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other business systems and applications.</p></li><li><p>Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions.</p></li><li><p>Deploy code into production environments, following proper change management procedures.</p></li><li><p>Actively participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.</p></li></ul>
