Must have experience with fire separation of 3-4 story wood-frame apartments buildings


Job Description:

Scope includes reviewing all projects drawings and specification prior to construction

Scope includes preparation of construction site management plan

Scope includes review of all CCDC-17 contracts and ensure no scope gaps.

Attend bi-weekly meetings with, owner and trade contractors

Scope includes assisting CM in execution of construction manager as per CCDC 17 contracts with trade contractors during construction phase of project

Scope includes reporting and reviewing all trade contractor invoicing during construction phase

Scope includes review of all submittals / shop drawings

Scope includes close-out of project

Confirm experience with CCDC Contracts

Confirm experience with Procore or Autodesk

Assist CM is executing roles and responsibilities of CCDC5A and CCDC17 contracts

Provide full time on-site supervision
