<b>Job Title:</b> General Labourer-Snow Removal<br><b>Location:</b> Edmonton, AB<br><p><b>Employment</b> <b>Type</b>: Seasonal<br></p><p>Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Seasonal Snow Removal Laborers to join their team for the winter season in Edmonton. This role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions to ensure properties, job sites, and access routes remain safe and clear of snow and ice.<br></p><p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b> <br></p><ul><li>Perform snow shovelling, snow blowing, and ice control at assigned sites.<br></li><li>Operate snow removal equipment safely (shovels, backpack blowers, snow blowers, spreaders, etc.).<br></li><li>Apply ice-melting products such as sand or salt as directed.<br></li><li>Assist with maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition.<br></li><li>Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.<br></li><li>Report hazards, incidents, and maintenance issues promptly.<br><br></li></ul><p><b>Job Requirements</b><br></p><ul><li>Must hold the following valid safety tickets/certifications: <b>WHMIS, First Aid, CSTS (Construction Safety Training System), Fire Extinguisher Training</b><br></li><li>Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in cold outdoor conditions.<br></li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on short notice during snow events.<br></li><li>Having your own reliable transportation to and from job sites is preferred.<br></li><li>Previous snow removal or general labor experience is considered an asset.<br><br></li></ul>
