The company began very small but through work with Land Developers in Saskatoon, and under the guidance of Consulting Engineers, has grown exponentially over the last few years.<br><br>Summary</p><p>We're looking for hardworking, reliable, and safety-minded individuals to join our seasonal snow and ice management team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy being outdoors, and don't mind early mornings or snowy nights — this could be the perfect fit for you.</p><p>Location: Clavet, SK<br><br>Start Date: Immediate / Seasonal (Winter 2025–2026)<br><br>Wage: $23.00/hour/On call + Overtime</p><ul><li>What we offer:</li><li>Overtime and steady hours during snow events</li><li>Transportation provided – we pick up from designated areas in town.</li><li>Supportive and safety-focused team environment</li></ul><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist with snow removal, shoveling, de-icing, and site cleanups.</li><li>Work with and around snow removal equipment (loaders, plows, skid steers, sweepers).</li><li>Follow directions from site supervisors and equipment operators.</li><li>Maintain safe work practices and use required PPE at all times.</li><li>Report hazards, maintenance needs, and site issues promptly.</li><li>Support efficient site operations during snow events.</li><li>Qualifications</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Team-oriented and safety-conscious.</li><li>Ability to work in cold, outdoor conditions for extended periods.</li><li>Must be available for days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts depending on weather.</li><li>Previous experience in snow removal, construction, or outdoor labour is an asset (but not required).</li><li>Must be physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs.</li><li>No driver's license required but an asset.</li></ul><p>Call-To-Action</p><p>If you're ready to make a difference this winter season and join a team that values your skills, we invite you to apply today</p><p>Job Type: Seasonal<br><br>Contract length: 5 months</p><p>Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
