<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>Design and develop</strong> specialized production equipment </p>

<li>
<p><strong>Lead capital projects</strong>—from proposal through to full implementation.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Optimize plant layouts</strong> to improve efficiency, workflow, and safety.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Collaborate</strong> with vendors, engineers, and management on specifications, purchases, and project updates.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Support plant safety initiatives</strong> and drive continuous improvement through TPM, preventive maintenance, and capital projects.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Maintain and update</strong> mechanical and site drawings using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Assist in commissioning</strong> new equipment with minimal disruption to production.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Tackle technical challenges</strong>—reduce waste, enhance performance, and implement creative solutions.</p>

<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>

<p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Mechanical Engineering</strong> with <strong>7+ years of related experience</strong>.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Automotive manufacturing experience</strong></p>

<li>
<p>Proficiency in <strong>MS Office</strong>, <strong>AutoCAD</strong>, and <strong>SOLIDWORKS</strong>.</p>

<li>
<p>Exceptional <strong>organizational</strong>, <strong>communication</strong>, and <strong>interpersonal</strong> skills.</p>

<p>A <strong>self-motivated</strong> problem solver who thrives under pressure and works well independently.</p>
