We're seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our founding team and help design and develop the next phase of our cutting-edge cost analytics platform.
About Us
Our team of FinOps and AI experts is building a revolutionary AI-powered, low-code data analytics platform for FinOps and Finance teams. We empower organizations with accurate, relevant, actionable financial data to drive cost-aware, business-aligned investment decisions.

Delight semi-technical users with our AI-powered low-code cost analytics and governance platform
Design for high performance using cutting-edge open-source technologies Orchestrate data pipelines using frameworks like Temporal and work with various storage formats and architectures
Integrate with multiple clouds, SaaS provider APIs, and storage systems Build, test, and deploy solutions on cloud-native environments
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in building and maintaining enterprise-scale data platforms 3+ years of experience in Python/Rust and cloud-native software development Expertise in transforming large datasets using frameworks like Pandas and Polars Experience with performance tuning distributed aggregations, transformations, clustering, partitioning, and storage techniques
Experience with orchestrating data pipelines using frameworks like (link unavailable) or Airflow
Experience integrating with various clouds, SaaS provider APIs, and storage and data systems Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and EMR Experience with general backend development, including REST APIs
Familiarity with DevOps practices like Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, logging/metrics, and cloud-native development
The candidate must be legally employable in Canada full-time and located in the greater Toronto area.
Nice to Have
AI/ML experience with multivariate forecasting and anomaly detection
Experience with GenAI, including training and deploying commercial and open-source models
Familiarity with FinOps and financial data platforms
