Job Title: Site Superintendent – Regina, SK
Location: Regina, SK
Willing to relocate or travel from Calgary or nearby regions
Are you an experienced Superintendent looking to take on a large-scale, high-impact project? We’re hiring for a Site Superintendent to lead field operations for an upcoming mixed-use development in Regina, SK. This project includes 300+ multi-family residential units and 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work aligns with project timelines and safety standards
- Coordinate with 5–10 laborers and general carpenters on site
- Manage and enforce subtrade schedules and scopes – this role requires strong subcontractor oversight and schedule management
- Report to the Construction Operations Manager and Project Management team
- Maintain open communication with head office and site team to support workflow and quality control
- Ensure smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Site Superintendent on large multi-family and/or commercial construction projects
- Strong ability to manage timelines, subtrades, and enforce project standards
- Comfortable working independently and communicating with head office
- Willingness to relocate or travel for the duration of the project
- Familiarity with construction in Saskatchewan/Regina considered an asset
