<p><p><b>Team Lead, Accounting</b> – <b>REDPATH MINING</b></p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Supervise and provide coaching to a team of accountants to ensure the SSC’s activities and service levels are achieved.</li>
<li>Oversee full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany transactions, financial statement preparation, Oracle Fusion period close, and audit support.</li>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SSC accounting processes, provide guidance and training to the organization.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.</li>
<li>Reporting and Data Analytics to support KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis.</li>
<li>Step in as backup for teams as needed.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company controls and policies.</li>
<li>Support Global ERP rollout (Oracle Fusion) for the SSC processes.</li>
<li>Support global shared services transition projects as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to Have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Accounts Payable, master data, and banking.</li>
<li>Experience working in a global SSC model/Organization</li>
<li>Experience working in Service Now Platform</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Education</b>
<ul>
<li>Post‑secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration.</li>
<li>Professional accounting designation preferred.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><b>Work Experience</b>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience with 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.</li>
<li>Proven experience in implementing ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion.</li>
<li>Strong background in Shared Services operational models, including successful transition management.</li>
<li>Excellent data analysis capabilities with a strong aptitude for technology and digital tools.</li>
<li>Background in organizations undergoing change or growth.

<li>Strong systems and data analysis skills, using ERP system and Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Intermediate level working with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.</li>
