<p>Are you a seasoned Technical Project Manager passionate about <b>reference data mastery</b> and driving high-impact initiatives in <b>capital markets</b>? We are looking for a Technical PM to lead the charge on <b>Golden Source</b> systems that power accurate, compliant, and efficient trading, risk, and operations.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll collaborate with top-tier banks, asset managers, and institutional clients to solve complex data challenges using cutting-edge tools, AI-driven insights, and innovative FinLab solutions. We're all about agility, excellence, and empowering our people to deliver transformative results.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is on-site 4 days a week.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end project delivery for <b>Reference Data</b> and <b>Golden Source</b> programs - from planning and requirements gathering to successful go-live and beyond.</li><li>Partner closely with data governance, IT, operations, and business stakeholders to define scope, align on priorities, and deliver business value.</li><li>Oversee critical technical workstreams: data modelling, quality, lineage, master data management, migrations, integrations, and enhancements.</li><li>Drive data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies like a pro.</li><li>Bridge the gap between technical teams (developers, data stewards) and senior executives with clear communication and status reporting.</li><li>Champion continuous improvement in processes, data governance standards, and reference data solutions - including audit and regulatory support.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What We're Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>10+ years of project management experience, preferably in <b>capital markets</b>, banking, or financial institutions.</li><li>Deep expertise in <b>reference data domains</b> (3+ years hands-on in trading, risk, or back-office functions).</li><li>Strong knowledge of capital markets products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, forex) and key identifiers (ISIN, CUSIP, FIGI, RIC, LEI) + product taxonomy.</li><li>Proven track record managing projects tied to trading platforms, risk systems, or data warehouses.</li><li>Technical chops: Proficient in <b>SQL</b> and relational data modelling; comfortable with APIs, JSON/XML; experience with MDM/governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, DataHub); excellent <b>Excel</b> for analysis, reconciliations, and summaries.</li><li>Familiarity with securities data feeds (Bloomberg, LSEG/Reuters), ETL processes, and data integration.</li><li>Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's).</li><li>PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile certification (or equivalent) highly preferred.</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What'd be Extra Nice:</b></p><ul><li>Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure) and related data services.</li><li>Exposure to regulatory standards impacting reference data.</li><li>Hands-on with data lineage and metadata management tools.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p></p>Create Your Resume First
