Join our growing team committed to delivering a responsible, convenient, and enjoyable delivery experience.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Deliverr is seeking a passionate and energetic Technical Sales Specialist to join our startup. The role involves solving pain points for retail regulated businesses and brands by providing technology that connects local businesses to communities through digitization and affordable, convenient delivery options.</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Research, identify, and generate potential client leads, including retail liquor stores and alcohol brands.</li><li>Assess store or brand needs, recommend suitable Deliverr products, and negotiate deals and sales terms.</li><li>Contribute to custom product design to tailor services for brand partners or retail stores.</li><li>Build, maintain, and expand sales relationships with existing partners and brands.</li><li>Create sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to showcase Deliverr solutions.</li><li>Estimate costs for custom development solutions based on client needs.</li><li>Manage sales contracts and customer records using CRM tools such as HelloSign.</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact and provide after-sale support to partners.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues related to Deliverr solutions.</li><li>Maintain technical knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and answer client questions.</li><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to meet Deliverr's sales targets.</li><li>Monitor market conditions, competitors, and emerging trends to inform sales efforts.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
