This isn&#39;t your average warehouse job -- it&#39;s a chance to work with a unique product and be a key part of a small, dedicated team.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>What You&#39;ll Do</b><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>This is an entry-level position with an exciting mix of tasks that keep the warehouse and coffee operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for:<br /></p><ul><li>Working independently to pick and ship e-commerce orders with accuracy.<br /></li><li>Roasting and bagging various coffee products.<br /></li><li>Assisting with warehouse organization and general tasks as required.<br /></li><li>Adhering to all safety processes.<br /></li></ul><br />Requirements<ul><li>Reliability along with a great work ethic and desire to contribute to a specialized industry.<br /></li><li>Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.<br /></li><li>The ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally (not repetitively).<br /></li><li>A passion for coffee and a desire to learn are both strong assets.<br /></li></ul><br />Benefits<p><b>Work Hours:</b> Full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Pay Rate:</b> $20.00 per hour<br /></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Benefits:</b> Available after 3 months of employment<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Vacation:</b> 2 weeks during your first year, increasing to 3 weeks after your first year.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><hr /><br /></p><p>We thank all who apply for this position.
