Job Description
<p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products and materials</li><li>Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs</li><li>Oversee order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse distribution partners (3PL) to manage inventory transfers</li><li>Operate equipment as needed for inventory movement (no forklift)</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or related field</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory management systems</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting purposes</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies</li><li>Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and best practices</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders</li></ul><p>We offer competitive compensation and paid time off.
