This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, project-driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments, quickly understands business processes, and executes with minimal direction.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a results-oriented problem solver with outstanding SharePoint/Power Platform programming experience, excellent technical design abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.</p><p>You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable, interactive web-based systems that deliver measurable business value—leveraging emerging technologies, AI, and modern programming languages while prioritizing user adoption and experience.</p><p><hr /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of scalable, interactive web-based systems.</li><li>Develop and test software components using current industry tools and processes.</li><li>Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-scale applications using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint in alignment with industry standards and best practices.</li><li>Design, develop, deploy, and support business applications using SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint.</li><li>Research and adopt emerging technologies and best practices.</li><li>Build custom programming solutions incorporating AI where applicable.</li><li>Create and maintain custom SharePoint Online sites and solutions.</li><li>Develop no-code/low-code solutions on the Power Platform to enable automation, integrations, and optimized data flows.</li><li>Conduct user research, create <span >wireframes/prototypes,</span> and test designs to enhance usability.</li><li>Drive Power Platform implementations through discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment stages.</li><li>Produce and maintain technical documentation, business requirements, process flows, and related materials.</li><li>Design and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate with IT support teams, business units, and third-party partners to investigate, resolve, and escalate technical issues while maintaining agreed service levels.</li><li>Continuously evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending improvements.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure solution architecture and development decisions are effective, high-quality, and maintainable.</li></ul><p><hr /></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experience, including custom features, page layouts, workflows, and display templates.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js, Angular), HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.</li><li>Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis, database design, and management.</li><li>Experience integrating UI with server-side logic (RESTful APIs, JSON).</li><li>Skilled in relational database design, stored procedures, and advanced SQL queries.</li><li>Proficient in version control systems (Git) and web server administration (Apache, Microsoft Server).</li><li>Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps) and Microsoft Flow.</li><li>Expertise with SharePoint Online/O365 development using SPFx, CSOM, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET, C#, PowerShell, CAML, XML/XSLT.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, JSOM, SSOM, and related APIs.</li><li>Experience integrating SharePoint with third-party applications and enterprise systems.</li><li>Familiarity with taxonomy term stores, custom content types, and advanced search features in SharePoint.</li><li>Understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle and iterative/agile methodologies.</li><li>Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.</li></ul><p><hr /></p></li></ul></p></p></p>
