Empire Deck Collective is looking to hire somebody to help customers stay connected. The Wireless Representative role is excellent for competitive individuals who love hitting sales targets and customer-facing environments. As a Wireless Representative, you'll be the face of our telecom partner, Rogers Communications who engages customers directly and closes sales like your Wi-Fi depends on it.
Wireless Representative's Responsibilities
- Sell Rogers wireless services directly to customers based on their needs
- Engage prospects face-to-face in a fast-paced setting
- Consistently hit or exceed Wireless Representative sales targets
- Keep momentum high throughout the sales cycle
- Handle objections without dropping the connection
- Track personal performance and results
- Compete daily while maintaining great customer experiences
Wireless Representative's Qualifications & Skills
- Competitive mindset with a drive to outperform targets
- Confidence speaking with customers directly
- Ability to close sales consistently
- Comfort working in a commission-based role
- High energy and resilience in sales environments
- Strong communication skills (clear signal required)
- Wireless Representative or any customer-facing experience is a plus
