Some of what you will do


As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you champion the customer experience in the wireless department, continuously growing your knowledge of wireless technology while working within our culture of learning. You help consumers and business customers meet their goals by sharing expertise on the latest wireless products, services, and trends.


Specifically, You Will



  • Connect, share, and partner with customers, identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities.

  • Help customers exceed their needs, acting as a product expert, following up to solicit feedback, and promoting additional products that create value.

  • Partner with the store team to build awareness of offers and generate referrals.

  • Achieve personal sales goals.

  • Maintain merchandising standards and current pricing.

  • Support asset protection and privacy procedures.

  • Stay updated through internal communication channels.

  • Resolves customer concerns and escalates to management when needed.


Qualifications



  • 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.

  • Customer focus and service orientation.

  • Strong selling ability.

  • Ability to coach others.

  • Effective communication across multiple media.

  • Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills.

  • Technology savvy.

  • Curious, approachable, passionate, and problem solver.
