<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>We are looking for a candidate to support our Accounting team in a dynamic role.</p><p>In this role you will support the accounting team in all functions.</p><ul></ul><p>Accounts Payable (AP):</p><p></p><ul><li>Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and timely payment.</li><li>Maintain and reconcile the accounts payable ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and address payment-related inquiries.</li><li>Prepare and process payments (cheques, wire transfers, ACH, etc.).</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul><ul><li>Bank Reconciliation </li><li>Daily Bank Deposits </li></ul><p></p><p>Accounts Receivable (AR)<br /></p><ul><li>Generate and send customer invoices based on shipments and contracts.</li><li>Record and allocate incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit card, etc.).</li><li>Monitor aging receivables and follow up with customers on overdue accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and customer service teams on billing issues or disputes.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer account records.</li></ul><p></p><p>General Finance Support<br /></p><ul><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.</li><li>Support audits and provide documentation as needed.</li><li>Help maintain internal controls and financial procedures.</li><li>Provide backup support to team members as needed. </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><br />We thank all interested candidates but will only be contacting those chosen for an interview.</p><p><br /></p></p></p>
