<p> Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We are focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. <p></p><p> We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Calgary team. </p><p></p><p> We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Management across various operational departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting team members, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. </p><p></p><p><b><u> Key Responsibilities </u></b></p><ul><li> Provide direct executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence. </li><li> Prepare, proofread, and format executive-level reports, presentations, and business documents. </li><li> Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and minutes. </li><li> Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. </li><li> Track departmental action items and assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables. </li><li> Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements for leadership approval. </li><li> Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and vendors on behalf of senior management. </li><li> Assist with coordination of board meetings, leadership team sessions, and company events. </li><li> Support document control and filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records. </li><li> Monitor and order office supplies and assist with general office coordination as needed. </li><li> Draft internal communications and assist with the distribution of company announcements. </li><li> Provide backup administrative support across departments when required. </li><li> Identify and implement opportunities for improving administrative workflows and efficiency. </li></ul><p></p><p><b><u> Qualifications </u></b></p><ul><li> Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred. </li><li> Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior management or executives. </li><li> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. </li><li> Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). </li><li> Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. </li><li> Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. </li><li> Professional, positive, and discreet demeanor, with sound judgment and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector is considered an asset. </li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
