<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with an industry leading supplier within the HVAC industry. They are in search of their new Branch Sales Manager, whos&#39; primary focus is overseeing the day-to-day activities of their Victoria sales office.</p><p>Our client is a leading <span >manufacturer/distributor</span> of HVAC equipment, with an established footprint & clientele base on the island.</p><p>Base Salary Range - $120,000-$130,000 + additional compensation</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Branch Leadership & Accountability:</strong><br />Take full responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the Victoria branch, including sales, profit margins, and overhead management.</li><li><strong>Financial Oversight & Goal Setting:</strong><br />Develop, manage, and track annual budgets. Use key performance indicators to measure outcomes and adjust strategies to exceed targets.</li><li><strong>Strategic Execution:</strong><br />Lead the development and rollout of both immediate and long-term initiatives aimed at strengthening market share and aligning with company-wide directives.</li><li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong><br />Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, optimize processes, and enhance product offerings to better serve client needs and expectations.</li><li><strong>Talent Management & Team Building:</strong><br />Recruit talent, implement structured onboarding, and foster a culture of accountability and growth through individual development plans and regular feedback.</li><li><strong>Market Intelligence & Industry Awareness:</strong><br />Maintain a solid grasp of local industry trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and customer behavior to guide decision-making.</li><li><strong>Industry Participation:</strong><br />Actively participate in local and national trade associations to build relationships, gain insights, and enhance brand presence.</li><li><strong>People & Culture Leadership:</strong><br />Manage HR and marketing activities at the branch level, promoting a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.</li><li><strong>Lead from the Front:</strong><br />Set the standard for excellence through a hands-on, supportive leadership approach rooted in expertise, resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to team success.</li><li><strong>Drive Continuous Improvement:</strong><br />Encourage a mindset of innovation and learning across the team by championing efficiency, accountability, and professional development.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Ideal Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of management experience.</li><li>Experience within the HVAC industry is preferred, experience in similar industries would be considered.</li><li>Strong customer focus with a history of exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Comfortable analyzing and interpreting financial statements and operational metrics.</li><li>Post secondary education in business or engineering is an asset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proven ability to inspire, lead, and manage diverse teams.</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.</li></ul><p><strong>What&#39;s in it for you?</strong></p><p>This position comes with a competitive compensation package including bonuses, pension plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.</p><p>If this position is appealing to you, then please submit your resume (in word-doc form) to <span >tlaird@talentsphere.ca</span> Only candidates legally entitled to work in Canada will be considered</p></p></p>
