Appcast is part of the Stepstone group, a leading digital recruitment platform that connects companies with the right talent and helps people find the right job. </p>Job Description<br><br><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Manager to support our growing legal team. In this role, you will assist with the implementation and enforcement of new and existing contract processes, review and manage standard commercial agreements with our customers and vendors and ensure contract data accuracy and compliance across our contracting systems. You will work closely under the direction of the Legal Team and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who has contract management experience but is also willing to take on some of the legal operations work and improvements. </p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Review, draft, and negotiate standard commercial agreements and related ordering documents with guidance from the Legal Team (NDAs, MSAs, Service Agreements). </li><li>Leverage CPQ technology to ensure accurate and compliant contract creation, reflecting approved pricing and terms. </li><li>Support the management of the contract lifecycle processes by utilizing a CLM including execution, tracking, and renewals. </li><li>Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration including serving as a liaison between the legal team and business units to support both internal and vendor contracts. </li><li>Run relevant reports on contract status, expiration dates, and other relevant data. </li><li>Coordinate closely with Sales Operations to align processes, deal flow, and generate reporting for the business. </li><li>Assist in developing and improving processes, playbooks, templates, and system automations. </li><li>Manage a centralized repository for internal legal documents, FAQs, and guidance. </li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines. </li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Solid understanding of common commercial contract terms. </li><li>Experience using contract management systems (e.g., Linksquares, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Salesforce integration a plus), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot), and CPQ technology (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ Cloud, SAP CPQ). </li><li>Ability to exercise sound reason and judgment to resolve complex issues. </li><li>Strong project management and execution skills. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong record-keeping abilities. </li><li>Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn technical elements of multiple business applications. </li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or Legal Studies or similar is required </li><li>3–5 years of experience in a contracts, legal operations, or paralegal role (in-house required), preferably in the tech industry. </li></ul><p><strong>Travel Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Travel for this position will be required, as needed to attend Legal Team meetings and Appcast functions. </p></li></ul><p> </p><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p><strong>Appcast recognized as one of Inc Magazine's "Best Workplaces" for 2024! </strong></p><ul><li><strong>We’re the best at what we do.</strong> We’re the global leader in programmatic recruitment advertising.
