Want to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in customer service?


We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (Claims) to act as the first point of contact for insurance claims for our client, an independent store operator.


Work location: Laval


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on-site


Salary: $48K and insurance after the probation period


Your role



  • Assist operators and customers with claims (bodily injury, property damage, vehicle fleet)

  • Coordinate and follow up on claims files

  • Communicate with insurers, claims adjusters, and internal teams

  • Answer calls and emails and handle complaints related to claims

  • Provide administrative support to the Insurance and Claims department

  • College diploma in secretarial studies or administration

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (telephone)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Organized, independent, diplomatic, and customer service-oriented

  • Experience in insurance or claims management (an asset)
