By joining Primerica, you’ll be part of a company that truly makes a difference.</p><h3>Position</h3><p><b>Customer Service Financial Sales Representative</b></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Financial Analysis:</b> Assess clients’ expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, and risk tolerance to develop personalized financial plans.</li><li><b>Client Consultations:</b> Discuss financial goals and strategies with clients, offering expert advice in areas like insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and tax-efficient strategies.</li><li><b>Account Management:</b> Oversee client accounts such as TFSA, RRSP, RESP, FHSA, and RDSP. Regularly review accounts to ensure they align with the clients’ evolving financial objectives.</li><li><b>Document Preparation:</b> Prepare and interpret financial summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections to guide clients in making informed decisions.</li><li><b>Plan Implementation:</b> Help clients implement financial plans or refer them to trusted professionals for specialized services.</li><li><b>Client Relationship Management:</b> Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor changes in their financial status and adjust plans accordingly. Build and maintain a strong client base through ongoing relationship management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b> High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.</li><li><b>Certifications:</b> Holding LLQP, CIFC, or CSC certifications is preferred.</li><li><b>Experience:</b> Previous experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is advantageous.</li><li><b>Skills:</b> Strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic understanding of financial products and terminology; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in CRM software and financial management tools; sales-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills; analytical thinking and attention to detail.</li><li><b>Other Requirements:</b> Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is an asset; ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality; flexibility to work evenings or weekends, depending on the needs of the financial institution.</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p>This role offers a competitive, performance-driven compensation structure with significant earning potential, including income opportunities tied to client account management and growth.
