We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and strategic Director of Strategic Accounts to lead and grow the client's most important enterprise client relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, long-term client satisfaction, and revenue growth across a portfolio of large, complex accounts.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology professional services, thrives in a U.S./Canada–India global delivery model, and is passionate about delivering AI-driven and cloud-native solutions that create measurable business impact.
This is a HYBRID role, 3 days onsite in Vaughan (Mon-Wed-Fri).
Travel: Ability to occasionally travel between CAN/US/India
What You’ll Do
Lead & Grow Key Client Partnerships
- Act as the senior relationship owner for our client’s most strategic enterprise clients.
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with senior executives — from CIOs and CTOs to VPs of Engineering and CEOs.
- Develop and execute forward-looking account strategies.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
Drive Delivery Excellence
- Oversee complex, multi-stream programs with precision.
- Manage governance frameworks, resourcing, and customer satisfaction across multiple enterprise accounts.
Collaborate Across Global Teams
- Work fluidly across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models through their Global Capability Center (GCC).
What You Bring
- 18+ years of experience in IT professional services or digital engineering firms, including 5+ years in senior account leadership or client partner roles.
- Must have experience working for mid-sized Consulting Firms.
- Proven success managing $10M+ enterprise accounts within a global, distributed delivery model.
- Success in bringing in new logos/clients.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI/ML, data & analytics, and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in technology services and software engineering (not infrastructure, licensing, or product resale).
- Exceptional program management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and a growth-oriented approach.
- Open to candidates at the VP or CTO level who is willing to take on a Director-level role.
Base Salary + Commission for OTE between 300-500K
