<p>The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions. The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional, capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. This role places emphasis on employee benefit administration and WCB coordination, while also providing broad HR generalist support to our employees. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p><br></p><p>WCB Coordination:</p><p> Act as the company's primary contact for all matters related to the WCB of Manitoba, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of workplace injuries. </p><p> Prepare and submit Employers Reports of Injury, track all active claims, and maintain complete and accurate documentation.</p><p> Coordinate modified duties and return-to-work programs in collaboration with various departments, supervisors and employees. </p><p> Communicate regularly with WCB case managers, medical providers and employees, to monitor progress and support early and safe return to work. </p><p> Analyze and report on WCB claims trends and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement. </p><p> </p><p>Benefits and RRSP Administration: </p><p> Administer and maintain all hourly employee health benefit programs and the company RRSP matching program, ensuring accurate enrollments, changes and terminations.</p><p> Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and RRSP participation, assisting with eligibility, coverage details and contribution questions. </p><p> Support disability, leave and retirement-related transitions, ensuring timely communication and documentation. </p><p> Support continuous improvement of benefits and retirement plan administration by identifying process inefficiencies, system enhancements, and employee support opportunities. </p><p> </p><p>General HR Administration:</p><p> Support HR projects, audits and policy updates, ensuring consistency across all divisions. </p><p> Assist with recruitment coordination, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. </p><p> Assist with employee communications, including HR announcements, newsletters and engagement initiatives. </p><p> Support the payroll department on an as needed basis. </p><p> Support training and development coordination, maintaining certification records and scheduling of required courses. </p><p><br></p><p><strong> Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field, required. </p><p> 1-3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in construction, required. </p><p> Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Software, an asset. </p><p> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. </p><p> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p> Ability to manage multiple priorities. </p><p> High degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us? </strong></p><p>Our employees enjoy the benefits of working with a successful team as well as a competitive compensation program which includes: </p><p><br></p><p> A competitive salary.</p><p> A comprehensive benefit package.</p><p> Company matching RRSP.</p><p> Company Events. </p><p>Please send your resume in confidence to and for more information on our Company visit </p><p><br></p>Create Your Resume First
