JOB OVERVIEW

Sparkling Urban Services is recruiting independent cleaning contractors. We connect cleaners with residential, short term rental, and commercial and post construction cleaning jobs. You choose when you work. We handle clients, bookings, and payments.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Accept cleaning jobs that fit your schedule.
• Provide professional cleaning services.
• Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Take clear before and after photos of completed jobs.
• Communicate clearly and show up on time.

SERVICE TYPES

• Residential cleaning.
• Short-term rental cleaning.
• Commercial cleaning.
• Post construction cleaning.

PAY

• Pay per job.
• Equivalent to $25 to $35 per hour depending on job type.
• Tips are yours.
• Weekly payouts.
• No fees to join.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada as an independent contractor.
• Must have professional cleaning experience.
• Must own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be reliable and professional.
• Must be insured.
• Must be able to take before and after photos using a smartphone.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

• Vacuum.
• Mop and bucket.
• Microfiber cloths.
• Basic cleaning chemicals.
• Gloves.

INSURANCE

• Commercial general liability insurance is required. Minimum 2M coverage recommended.
• If you do not currently have insurance, you must be willing to obtain it as required.
• Sparkling Urban Services does not provide insurance coverage to contractors.

LOCATION

You choose the areas you want to cover.

WORK TYPE

Independent contractor.

No guaranteed hours.

Work available based on demand and availability.
