Il s&#39;agit d&#39;un contrat de 12 mois renouvelable <br><br> Responsabilités principales<br /> * Analyser et améliorer les processus opérationnels à l&#39;aide des principes d&#39;ingénierie industrielle et de l&#39;analyse des données.<br /> * Développer et mettre en "uvre des études sur le temps et les mouvements afin d&#39;améliorer l&#39;efficacité et les performances.<br /> * Utiliser des techniques de science des données (par exemple, analyse statistique, apprentissage automatique, modélisation prédictive) pour identifier les tendances et optimiser la prise de décision.<br /> * Concevoir et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de suivre l&#39;efficacité opérationnelle.<br /> * Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes <span >interfonctionnelles</span> afin de développer et de mettre en "uvre des initiatives d&#39;amélioration continue.<br /> * Automatiser les processus de collecte de données et de reporting afin de faciliter la prise de décision en temps réel.<br /> * Réaliser des simulations et des analyses hypothétiques afin d&#39;évaluer les changements de processus avant leur mise en "uvre.<br /> * Soutenir les efforts de gestion du changement afin de garantir l&#39;adoption réussie des nouveaux processus et outils.<br /> Qualifications et compétences<br /> * 8 ans d&#39;expérience dans un poste similaire.<br /> * Bilingue en français et en anglais.<br /> * Baccalauréat en génie industriel ou diplôme d&#39;ingénieur équivalent avec expérience pertinente.<br /> * Membre de l&#39;Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). <br /> * Expérience en optimisation des processus, en production allégée ou en méthodologies Six Sigma.<br /> * Solides connaissances des outils d&#39;analyse de données (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau ou similaire).<br /> * Une expérience en apprentissage automatique, en modélisation statistique ou en techniques de simulation est un atout.<br><br><span >*********************************************************************************************************</span><br /> Job title: Business Improvement Engineer<br /> Type of employment: 12 month contract (Renewable)<br /> 5 days On-Site : Lachine, QC<br /> Area code: 514 438 450<br /> Postcode: H8T<br /> Start date: 2 weeks<br /> Keywords: #businessanalyst; <span >#businessanalystjobs</span>; <span >#businessimprovement</span><br><br> #WereHiring Belcan is currently looking for a Business Improvement Engineer for our aerospace industry client located in Montreal. This is a 12-month renewable contract , on-site work schedule.<br><br> Key Responsibilities<br /> * Analyze and improve operational processes using industrial engineering principles and data analytics.<br /> * Develop and implement time and motion studies to enhance efficiency and performance.<br /> * Utilize data science techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling) to identify trends and optimize decision-making.<br /> * Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.<br /> * Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.<br /> * Automate data collection and reporting processes to support real-time decision-making.<br /> * Conduct simulations and what-if analyses to evaluate process changes before implementation.<br /> * Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.<br><br> Qualifications & Skills<br /> * 8 years of experience in a similar role<br /> * Bilingual in French and English<br /> * Bachelor&#39;s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent engineering degree with relevant experience<br /> * Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ). <br /> * Experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.<br /> * Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).<br /> * Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, or simulation techniques is a plus.<br /> * Familiarity with ERP, MES, or production execution systems is an asset.<br /> * Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.<br /> * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br /> * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams<br><br></p></p>
