Base pay: CA$26.00/hr – CA$29.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities

In this client‑facing role you become a product‑knowledge expert, supporting customers through the following:

Customer Service

• Greet customers in‑person or on the phone.
• Answer inquiries about materials and services.
• Make it easy for customers to do business with us.

Order Processing

• Enter and process customer orders.
• Provide accurate product, availability, and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and orders.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Completed high‑school certificate required; post‑secondary education an asset.
• Experience in the building industry (hardware store, pro‑desk) desired, but training provided.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and number sequences.
• Computer proficient.
• High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes.
• Emotional intelligence for respectful, courteous interactions.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
