FULL-TIME - MAINTENANCE POSITION  (40 hrs)
 
STOKES Janitorial & Maintenance is looking for Full-Time Maintenance for the Burlington and area.
 
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance & Repair Worker to perform & upkeep tasks, minor repairs, and building maintenance. You must be reliable, can work independently, and own a vehicle.<br><br>
Job Description:<ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance.</li><li>Basic repairs throughout Co-op.</li><li>Overseeing & greeting contractors when professional repairs are necessary.</li><li>Diagnosing mechanical issues and contacting the appropriate trade to have them corrected.</li><li>Performing minor fixes throughout buildings.</li><li>Checking control panels (no electrical necessary). </li><li>Check functionality & maintenance of safety systems.</li><li>Report to facility managers any maintenance issues needing professional repairs.</li></ul>
 
Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in maintenance & repair areas.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.</li><li>Experience using hand and power tools.</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals.</li><li>Good English communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Physical stamina and dexterity.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>A vehicle is a must.</li></ul>
