<p><b> Job description: </b><p><b> Bilingual Office Coordinator (English/French)</b></p><p><b> About the role </b></p><p> You’ll enhance dealership performance by coordinating technical and retail training, ensuring compliance with Minimum Training Standards (MTS), and driving great learner experiences through clear, proactive communication. </p><p> Key responsibilities </p><ul><li> Serve as the primary liaison between the OEM program team and dealerships to ensure training processes and standards are followed. </li><li> Maintain regular contact with dealership staff to assess needs and support training initiatives. </li><li> Coordinate technical and retail courses using the training catalog and brand guidelines. </li><li> Manage scheduling, enrollments, rosters, and instructor coordination in the <b> Learning Management System (LMS)</b> . </li><li> Handle hotline and email inquiries regarding programs, prerequisites, substitutions, and cancellations. </li><li> Monitor and report <b> MTS compliance </b> via the LMS and reporting dashboards; follow up with stores at risk. </li><li> Finalize rosters, issue invitations, track attendance/grades, and ensure accurate/timely billing. </li><li> Support internal enrollments for technical assistance, parts operations, field engineers, and quality teams. </li><li> Build and distribute <b> Virtual Classroom Training (VCT)</b> schedules; allocate instructors and classrooms. </li><li> Manage hands-on and VCT “top-ups” by adding students based on demand while enforcing prerequisites. </li><li> Proactively fill open seats; monitor classroom/VCT capacity and utilization. </li><li> Verify employment history, program enrollment, and dealer data in internal systems (e.g., DMS/mainframe tools). </li><li> Confirm MTS compliance for warranty labor rate applications (mechanical/body shop). </li><li> Maintain attendance and compliance reports for leadership reviews. </li></ul><p> Performance metrics </p><ul><li> Maintain <b>≥98% MTS compliance </b> across assigned dealerships. </li><li> Publish and finalize course schedules <b>30–60 days </b> in advance. </li><li> Meet SLA targets for inquiry response, roster accuracy, grading timeliness, and billing quality. </li></ul><p> Qualifications </p><ul><li> Bilingual <b> English/French </b> (professional fluency in both written and spoken). </li><li>2–4 years in training coordination, program coordination, L&D operations, or dealer/OEM support. </li><li> Hands-on experience with an <b> LMS </b> (e.g., scheduling, enrollments, reporting). </li><li> Strong Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable with data quality checks and compliance reporting. </li><li> Excellent stakeholder communication and customer service skills. </li><li> Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple calendars and priorities. </li></ul><p> Nice to have </p><ul><li> Automotive dealership or OEM program experience. </li><li> Familiarity with service/warranty processes and training prerequisites. </li><li> Experience coordinating <b> virtual </b> and <b> hands-on </b> technical training. </li></ul><p> Work conditions </p><ul><li> Hybrid/onsite as required for classes, audits, or events; occasional travel to training locations. </li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
