<p>Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a On-Call Bilingual Translator (French/English) for our client to join their team. As a On-Call Bilingual Translator (French/English), you will be part of the Communications Support team supporting internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong linguistic skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.</p><p><strong>Job Title: </strong>On-Call Bilingual Translator (French/English)</p>
<p><strong>Location: </strong>Mississauga, ON</p>
<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$25.00–$32.00</p>
<p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> On-Call schedule (could include evenings, weekends, and unscheduled shifts)</p>
<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide accurate translation and interpretation from French to English and English to French as required.
<li>Support technology or procurement teams by translating documents, presentations, and communications.
<li>Respond quickly to requests for translation support and deliver high-quality output under time constraints.
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand context, terminology, and required tone.
<li>Ensure translated materials adhere to company style, accuracy, and confidentiality standards.
</ul>
<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)
<li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in translation, interpretation, or bilingual communication roles
<li>Experience or strong interest in technology or procurement functions is an asset
<li>Ability to work flexibly on an on-call basis, including evenings or weekends when required
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
</ul>
