<h3>Job Overview</h3>
<ul>
<li>We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our product delivery portfolio.</li>
<li>This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, taking ownership of delegated tasks and driving results.</li>
<li>Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent initiatives.</li>
<li>Priority Management: Balance competing priorities and ensure critical projects are delivered on schedule.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business, product, and technical teams to align expectations and resolve issues.</li>
<li>Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate issues as needed.</li>
<li>Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.</li>
<li>Process Optimization: Apply best practices in project management and continuously improve delivery processes.</li>
<li>Delegation & Team Support: Act as a point of execution for tasks delegated by senior leadership, ensuring accountability and timely completion.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise environments.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.</li>
<li>Certifications: PMP or Agile certifications preferred.</li>
</ul>
