<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Job Summary:The Senior P3 Project (Design) Lead is responsible to manage and lead the design team for P3 (Public-Private Partnership) projects in the Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) model. The Senior P3 Project Lead will play a critical role in overseeing the pursuit submission process for new projects and, if successful, the implementation stage of healthcare facilities.<br><br>The job position requires a strong background in healthcare architecture and extensive experience in successfully managing P3/AFP projects from pursuit through implementation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design team for P3 projects pursued by our firm with Infrastructure Ontario, including managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for the design team</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and other design professionals to ensure that designs are coordinated and meet project objectives</li><li>Develop design solutions that meet project requirements and are feasible within the P3 procurement framework, including preparing design deliverables such as drawings, specifications, and other documentation as required</li><li>Present design solutions to clients, stakeholders, and project teams as required, including participating in business development activities such as client meetings, proposal preparation, and presentations</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders as required to ensure that designs are coordinated and meet project objectives</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes</li><li>Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support as required</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in an architectural firm or a related industry</li><li>Experience working on P3 projects in the infrastructure sector</li><li>Strong design skills, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates design excellence</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Professionalism, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other software as required</li><li>Understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materials techniques, and materials</li></ul><p><br />Internal Job Code: DL-P3-04<br />Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 / Annually</p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>v27MIFBLmE</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
