<h3>How You Will Create Impact</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring the Privacy Office is perceived as a valued partner by collaborating with business areas to deliver solutions that drive value and privacy risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) on any new initiatives reported to the Privacy Office.</li>
<li>Developing regular communications across the organization to improve awareness of our privacy program and related topics.</li>
<li>Building sound understanding of current and future business processes and endeavor to provide optimal support.</li>
<li>Supporting the Privacy Office team with the investigation of privacy incidents and responding to client requests.</li>
<li>Providing advice and guidance aligned to all policies and standards to ensure consistency in approach.</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities to develop innovative approaches that improve efficiency and effectiveness of our privacy program.</li>
<li>Encouraging the creation of new approaches to effective privacy controls that allow business areas to achieve both risk mitigation and business results.</li>

<li>You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.</li>
<li>You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.</li>

<li>You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.</li>

<h3>To Join Our Team</h3>
<ul>
<li>You have 3‑5 years of experience in Privacy ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.</li>
<li>You have completed a post‑secondary degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.</li>
<li>You have an excellent understanding of privacy regulations, program requirements and controls.</li>
<li>This position primarily works with majority non‑francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non‑French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.</li>
</ul>

<li>Detail‑oriented work that requires a moderate degree of mental concentration for extended periods of time.</li>
<li>You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.</li>
