This role involves conducting market research, developing product sales strategies, managing the product development lifecycle, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation products and services that meet customer needs and ultimately grow revenue. </p><p><b>Position Title: </b> Product Manager, Central </p><p><b>Terms of employment: </b> Full time Permanent position </p><p><b>Schedule: </b> Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm / 37.5 hours </p><p><b>Location: </b> Can be based in Quebec, Montreal & Mississauga </p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b> </p><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. </li><li>Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align with the organization's goals and objectives. </li><li>Manage the product development lifecycle, including defining product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing features and enhancements. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to develop and deliver high-quality automation products and services. </li><li>Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. </li><li>Monitor product performance and customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements and enhancements. </li><li>Develop pricing strategies and models that align with the organization's financial goals and objectives. </li><li>Provide training and support to internal teams and external customers on product features and functionality. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices and ensure the organization remains competitive in the market. </li><p><b>To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements </b>: </p><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on automation products and services. </li><li>Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications in various industries. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with product performance metrics and data analysis. </li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools. </li><li>Knowledge of pricing strategies and models and experience in developing pricing strategies for automation products and services. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality products and services on time and within budget. </li><p>If this describes you, we encourage you to <b>APPLY NOW! </b> </p><p>We look forward to meeting you! </p>Create Your Resume First
